Outer Kakheti, Sagarejo district: the southern foothills of Tsiv-Gombori on the Iori plateau, with vineyards at 450–800 m. The zone includes Tokhliauri, Manavi, Burdiani, Giorgitsminda, Antoki, Mariamjvari, Didi and Patara Chailuri, Kakabeti and Verkhviani. The wine is a dry white from Kakhuri Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli.

Manavi is a dry white PDO from the Sagarejo area of Kakheti, made from Kakhuri Mtsvane, giving fresh, aromatic whites with lively acidity. It is a dry appellation with no notable authenticity concern; the wine should be Mtsvane from the registered Manavi zone.
