Why there is no class yet.

The class is a judgement about the competition, not about the wines. It rests on four public grounds, and what we relied on is printed here in plain text.

Hong Kong competition founded around 2009–2010, with two sessions a year, judged by about a hundred China-based buyers — importers, distributors, retailers and sommeliers; the organiser describes the tasting as blind. Entry is paid (£175–300 per wine). The number of entries and the share of medals are not published, so no weight is assigned.
